The sad news of Dave's death has reached me. Dave had an accident 17 weeks ago and recently contracted pneumonia which claimed his life last Wednesday. The funeral, I understand, is likely to take place on Wednesday 18 November. I have no more details yet.
Our condolences go to his daughter Suzie who passed on the news and the rest of his family. Stu |
