Wg Cdr Gerry Newton has asked that news of his wife Jo be passed to everyone who knows her.   Jo is in hospital breathing with a ventilator and her condition is described as "very poorly".

I send Jo and Gerry my best wishes and sincerely hope that Jo recovers rapidly.

Mike

Gerry has asked me to send the following message to everyone:
Thank you all for your thoughts and good wishes. Jo is improving slowly but it will be a long haul.
Best Wishes,

A lovely lady who took pity on those of us in 'The Swamps' at Buchan in 82.  God Bless and get well soon.

Jaqui and I have only just caught up with what has been happening and were sorry to learn of Jo's illness but pleased to hear that she is making progress.  Our best wishes to both Jo and Gerry.
