Tony

As I said previously, words cannot convey feelings at a moment like this, but I really do know how you feel. My thoughts are with you and if there is anything I can do to help you only need to ask.

You won't feel it at the moment, time and activity helps but it takes time.

Tony,
Caroline and I send our sincerest condolences.  You and Maggie made us very welcome throughout our time at 280 SU and were the first to welcome us to the island.  Those many evenings we shared at The Cats Eye Club will forever remind us of happier times. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Tony,
so very sad to hear the news of the passing of Maggie. As with a lot of the guys who were first tourists at Buchan in the early 70s, I remember you both very well for your support, assistance, good humour and kindness. My sincere condolences to you at this very sad time.

Plez, I've been abroad for a while and so I've only just heard about Maggie. I'm so, so sorry! But what a fantastic lady you married! I wish I'd I been lucky enough to have known her better & for longer, and I will always remember the terrific evening we shared with you & her at 'Pedros' in Norwich! Her spirit will live forever.

Best regards

Maggie was laid to rest at St Andrew's church, Grinton.  My thanks go to all who wrote the supportive comments appearing on these pages.  She would have been delighted to have been so loved.  My particular thanks go to my very good friend Nicky who organised a Hawk fly past that brought a lump to everyones throat.  I could not imagine a more fitting tribute.  God bless you all.  I hope to see many of you in May.
