We are trying to stimulate interest in a documentary covering the work of the WAAF in the Dowding System and specifically the ground breaking role of the WAAF Filterer officers.  The BBC are interested in commissioning such a documentary but to ensure good viewing figures they like to front these kind of documentaries with a well-known media figure.  They asked us to help in trying to identify a well-known media figure who has a connection to a WAAF that served in the Dowding System and preferably as a Filter or Filterer officer. 

This is very much a 'long shot' but if you have any ideas please let me know.
