	At the risk of being ridiculed (nothing new there then) I noticed in my Camping & Caravan Magazine that the R3 at Kelvedon Hatch (near Brentwood, Essex) is open to the public - the only other 'public' R3 I know about is at Anstruther (Fife) - links below for those who like going down the hole: http://www.secretnuclearbunker.com/index.html http://www.secretbunker.co.uk/ Perhaps as an organization we should have poster at each location to recruit any 'old & bold' who are unaware of the FCA?
