Durham Cathedral concert to honour Battle of Britain veterans - 5th June

This year sees the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain and the Royal Air Forces Association is leading the Nation’s thanks to the brave men and women involved.

A free concert will be held in Durham Cathedral at 7:30pm on Friday 5 June to mark the contribution made by those from Durham and the North East who sacrificed so much in the defence of King and Country.

The concert will feature the Band of the Royal Air Force College, (by permission of the Air Force Board of the Defence Council), Director of Music Flight Lieutenant Matthew Little and solo artist Heather Marie.

Entry will be strictly by ticket only. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and can be requested by:
